It seems that every single cell in my body knows what to do in every moment.
I am happy that they do not hesitate

Oneness together

We have all come from a place of oneness. Our first experience in this world was the belly of our mother, an experience without vision, water with no boundaries, warmth with no separation.

We have all come out in this world feeling the cold on wet skin. Soon the same connection is there again, when we are lying on mother's belly, but something is different. We now know the meaning of outside.

We have all opened our eyes for the very first time. The outside space is big, but not as big as the inside. The ocean inside had no boundaries.

When I surrender to experiencing fully this moment without thought, I am again in a place of no boundaries.

Only this time, my oneness has a taste of together.

Mielihyvää

Finnish reggae. Mielihyvää is a beautiful word, which means pleasure or delight. Directly translated it's "mindgood". This song gives me mielihyvää.

Monday morning check-in

My body is warm, as I have just worked out. The Secret if the Golden Flower is playing in the background, creating a dreamy space. I feel excited about the week ahead, there is much work to be done, work that only I can do. This is where I am. This is where I start from. Warm and excited. Hello friends here in Helsinki. Hello friends all over the globe.

The human possibility

And so I am left with the possibility to do wrong
Against my better knowing
To go against my heart and feel the instant response
And do it again to make sure

That I am free
To go in all directions
That I am free
To violate my knowing
That I am free to avoid my obvious dream

For after all

What representation of the divine would I be
If I did not have the choice to say no to it
What joy would there be in the highest I have
Without the awareness of low

This is the gift of the Fall

And now is the time to let go
of the bottom

This moment

This moment has never been before. No-one has been here before, not at this point of the unfolding. No-one can tell us what is usually done at this stage of the evolution.

We are the first ones here. We are the only ones here, and we are here together. We are absolutely free and no-one is against us. We are the universe. We have created this moment and we are creating the next. What are you bringing to this moment? What do you bring to the next?

Do you have the balls to bring the best you can imagine? Do I?

Or do we wait for everyone else to do it first?

I left the cable that moves the photos from my camera to my computer in Canada, and so I have not been able to upload any pictures. Christina, my wonderful couchsurfing hostess, was kind enough to mail it to me, so it's on its way to Finland, but it'll take a few days. Here's one picture taken with my webcam just now. Hello!
